New synergies can arise when the occasions for operational project support in e-commerce and the discourse on organisational design and change management intersect. At Coaching Change, we are delighted to be able to draw on the expertise of our sister company and thus offer clients even more customised solutions.

The digital dna advises and supports core e-commerce companies and provides them with operational support. The fact that these initially purely technical changes can have a considerable impact on the organisational structure and employees is often underestimated or even knowingly neglected by the general public, but not at ddna.

Why "sister companies"? Both consulting firms were founded in 2013 by the managing directors and close friends Jörg Brockhausen and Oliver Höck, share the same location in Düsseldorf and consist of permanent teams that regularly combine their strengths and expertise in consulting mandates in order to increase the return on investment (ROI) for our clients in their projects.

In addition to the technical level of change (e.g. migration of a new shop system), the human level of change is also considered. Both companies work closely together and harmonise their process models and project management methodologies. This can go so far that a corresponding change management office (CMO) is directly considered and set up as part of the development of project portfolio management or programme management.

The digital dna has already reported on the cooperation and synergies of this from its perspective.
